Services
A designated service delivery team acts as your central point of contact managing your Extreme Networks support process. The team provides you with a Device Availability and System Healthcheck Assessment, plus quarterly "State of the Network" analysis on your Extreme Networks devices. You'll also receive biweekly reporting of key service deliverables and quarterly training sessions for your IT team.

Traffic Analysis
A unique, customized and hosted multi-vendor network management toolset that is quick to deploy and scale. No need for hardware, software, configuration, administration and almost no additional burden on your overloaded team. This toolset delivers a real-time dashboard with customized reports (both on demand and scheduled), alerts, alarms, logs, and the ability to look back for up to one year.
Network traffic and application analysis
Detailed operational monitoring of network traffic by application, subnet, division and more, using sFlow and NetFlow to help to determine which applications are driving consumption of network resources. Identify the areas of your business that are driving usage of those applications, including Top Talkers.
Network cost and system optimization
Determine a measurable return on your IT investment using data collected by the Network Monitoring tools.
